Delivery/Pick-up & Event Set-up
Our staff ensures that every rental order receives five-star service; from confirmation calls to make sure your order is accurate and complete to expertly packing your rental items for delivery or customer pick-up. Need a hand in setting up? Our delivery crew is happy to assist in table & chair set-up for your event. Contact our experienced staff to assist you with the costs involved for delivery & pick-up, as well as labor costs for the set-up and dismantling of rental items.
Sub Rentals
Cook Party Rentals offers a very attractive and sensible solution for rental companies in the midwest that require additional seasonal inventory through our Sub-Rental Programs. Your inventory can easily be supplemented with additional equipment during peak seasons without having to purchase inventory. Sub-Rentals are a quick and easy way to fulfill your customer requests year round. All of our tents can be installed by Cook Party Rentals or picked up at our warehouse.
Tent Permit
Although not included with the tenting/canopy rentals, we can be contracted to obtain all necessary tent permits for events taking place in the central Illinois region. Tent permits vary in different cities and counties.
